Predator G9-791 not able to switch on

Hi guys, my 5month old laptop after the thunderbolt update has bricked on me. I am not able to power it on by either battery or when plugged. Have tried resetting the battery numerous times to no avail and furthermore , no led lights up when I have it plugged in. Can someone help please?

    There's another thread because of the Thunderbolt update. It didn't work for me. After doing the first part, it didnt accept the second file.

     

    So you can only try to start without hard discs or then doing RMA with Acer.

     

    You should ony do this, if you are already experienced with that kind of storage. It's not difficult, but you should ask someome if you'r not sure.

    No other methods aside from starting without hard drives? Don't wanna void the warranty just yet, guess I just gotta bring it to the service centers then.

    Entering the "serviceable area" does usually not void warranty. But maybe it's easier for you to bring it back and get and exchange immediately.

     

    And it might also be the only solution Smiley Sad because it sound like failed completly).
