Micro Card

I bought a 32 GB micro card for my daughters Iconia One 7 tablet. I've inserted it, I'm assuming correctly but when she tries to add apps it still says not enough memory. She even deleted a bunch of other apps and pictures and still gets the same response. I'm not a technical person but I just assumed once I put the card in it would let her add more apps.

Nope, the SD card can be used to hold user data like music, videos and pictures, but apps all need to be on the main storage. Google changed to that with one of the 4.4 versions and it's been with us ever since. Smiley Sad If she had much data like pictures and music it's worth checking to make sure they are moved to the SD card and not sitting either only on the internal storage or worse on both.

Oh. See I said I didn't know anything about tech stuff! Smiley Very Happy Now I guess my next question is how do I move her pictures and music?

There should be a file manager in the default apps. Use that to move them, then set the configuration in the music program to look there.
