    • For an older eMachines ET1831. Does anyone know what type of expansion slots are in this machine?

    I need to buy a video card to upgrade the PC for a Win10 upgrade. (The existing NVidia card is not compatible). The PC is in a remote location, so I can't open it up here. So before I buy a video card, I'd like to know what kind of expansion slots are in this computer.

      It has a PCI-e x16 slot, so any PCI-E x16 card should work. (If you do simple internet browsing and some gaming, I would recommend a NVidia Geforce 9500 GT. If you game alot, the GTX 750 TI is the way to go).
