I have a new aspire es 11 (es1-131-c3v5) that has problem with blue screen.

I have a new aspire es 11 (es1-131-c3v5) that has problem with blue screen. The blue screen (system service exception) appear on my acer and restart my laptop suddenly. Anyone can tell me how to fix it? For your information my laptop run a windows 10.

 

 

I already anlyze it with whocrashed and here some problems that it shows to me:

    Same problem for me with Aspire ES 11 (ES1-131-C50P).

    No input from Acer?

    Yes there is no input from Acer until now. My laptop still have the BSOD  3 or 4 times for 3 days. I am still waiting for anyone who can help me with this problem.
