Spoiler

@ CES earlier this year, Acer announced that they'd launch two H7 series displays with USB-C in two different  screen sizes - 25" & 27". The 27" display has been available for soemtime now but what about the 25" display ? What is the ETA for launch of the 25" version of the same. I am in the market for a 24-25" display and holding out for this one. Since the 27" is priced at $ 499, I am also expecting the 25" to be prices somewhere around $ 399.

If anyone has any information regarding this, kindly respond.

I haven't found anything online so far. Hoping that someone knows more. The 27" inch display is not a form factor I want and would be great if we'd the 25" available now. I see that a few online retailers in the U.S are flagging the older model ( non-USB-c model) as "Discontinued"  indicating that a newer model is due but haven't seen anything out there as far as dates when we can expect to see the refreshed model available for purchase.

I have tried everything - from calling Acer's phone support to emailing their UK support team ( because their USA website leaves you no option to contact them without a product serial # - plain stupid !  What if I am prosective customer and I have a question about a product ? ), to starting a new thread on this forum that no one on the Acer Support staff has cared to respond to. I shudder at the thought of buying a product from ACER if this is the deree of support ( or lack thereof) you can expect from ACER CS.

This will be my last post on the subject and I am moving on. Will never buy a ACER product, ever and will relay my experience to friends, family and colleagues and discourage them from buying ACER products as well.

    So Long !

I agree with everyones comments here. Not sure ACER is even paying attention. Very poor PR ....not a way to build a brand or brand loyalty. Like the others looks like I'm going to look elsewhere. Buh bye Acer
