Hi. I deleted recovery partition from my tablet. After contacting Acer Care, they sent to me the recovery kit. I insert the bootable dvd into an external usb dvd reader, it boots, but when the program starts and I have to choose an option to continue, I see this windows: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5bkb0gqq1qua44q/WP_20160205_07_33_53_Pro.jpg?dl=0

When I click on the first, I see this notice: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g3l5z6a4l6xvxfn/WP_20160205_07_34_06_Pro.jpg?dl=0

A this point I cannot do anything. I've tried to format C: partition with diskpart, but the message still appears. I don't know what I've to do to recover my tablet... Hope you can help me. Thanks

you need to wipe completly your SSD, must have only unallocated raw storage.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

You used diskpart to remove all partitions and the message still appears ? Did you format the disk NTFS ?

Yes. I've formatted the disk in NTFS. Maybe I shouldn't have execute a format but only a clean (diskpart command) in order to have an unallocated space as IronFly said...

Yup, the installer will create partitions for you. If you second guess it it just get sulky and refuses to be nice.

    Hello,

I want to now is this recovery kit free to ask on ACER.

Because i have now two acer Switch 10 tablet one with 8.1 and the other with windows 10.

So the windows 8.1 stock Acer seems better.

I want to revert it back so maybe some one can post it online?

It's not allowed to put the recovery disk online, that probably violates Acer's contract with Microsoft.
