Acer Aspire P3 EE3 - USB/DVD media recovery lost

Hi Admins, Technical Guys,

I gave my mom Acer Aspire P3 EE3 year ago, we didn't use it for 2 months, It has a password and she forgot it.

I want to reformat the tablet but I can't find also the media recovery USB/DVD.

I read a lot already how to recover it using factory reset but still looking for USB/DVD media recovery.

Is there a download link where I can download the USB/DVD media recovery?
