Acer Z220 network problem

My smart phone acer liquid Z220 constantly loses network. There is an exclamation point on the network bars. When the network share I have to restart the phone. What should I do about it ??

    have you ever tried to factory reset your device?

    backup your personal data first

     

    settings/backup & reset - factory data reset

    is your phone new?

    did it always loose the signal? ( i mean if this issue happened since new or it was just lately?)

    it's mine. I just buy it. from first use its was his.

    ok, i suggest you to contact your seller or Acer support service, since it's under warranty.

    It's understood. what intrigues me is the exclamation point that is on the network bars.

    are you able to make calls?

    you are not able to connect to the web?

     

    that exclamation mark, means there's no data connection but you can make/receive call and send/receive SMS.

     

    do you need the data connection to download application or social networks?

     

    if so, what's your SIM network provider?

    I make many calls and I browse the internet well except that, at a time the network share and write any service. I restart and returns. is Constant. the phone came with facebook and I downloaded social networking remains. my network provider is Orange

    I also had the same problem on my Acer Z220 - the phone lost connection periodically and could not reconnect again. I fixed the problem with the help of the connection menu. As I understood, the phone failed to make the choice between 2G and 3G connections. I changed the option from "Automatic" to "3G only", and from that moment everything was allright.
