    Good day

Which OS are you using. When you connect the LAN cable, do you get any activity lights on your LAN ports. Have you tried to use a different LAN cable and a different LAN port in your router as well.

    Regards,

I have the same problem.  It works great over wireless, but won't connect on a wired connection.  I have Windows 7. I can't even see the Network Card in Network Connections screen.  If I do an IPconfig /all in DOS, I can Tunnel Adaptor local area Connection with an IPv6 address of 2001:<long hex string>.  I would expect a 192.168 address.  The green network light is on.  The amber light blinks occassionally.  If I disable the wirless connetion, the wired connection does not connect to my network through the router?  Anyone know how I can enable, see and configure my network interface card (NIC)?
