Unable to register my product as the form rejects the date format that it demands!

    Sorry you are having problems. We are working to fix this. Try entering the date a mm/dd/yy to see if that works. If I recall, it asks for the format to be dd/mm/yyyy, but expects the format as mm/dd/yyyy.

    Thanks for your advice, however I tried that format as well but it did not work either. I gave up trying and contacted the Acer homepage and registered my laptop successfully. Such a strangly simple thing that is holding up warranty registration by a kindergarten oversite? I hope my new laptop reflects a better standard than this webpage error!!
