, Iconia W510 touch screen problem

in 2016 Archives

, Iconia W510 touch screen  not responding at top and bottom about 1/2 inch high. cannot calibrate because calibrate points are in bad or not working areas!

    Try a rest of the calibration first, sometimes they get calibrated off.

    thanks for the reply billsey , but all 4 touchpoints are in the dead zones. can't use a mouse, it doesn't see the calibration corners.

    Try the reset first, to allow the corners to not be in the dead zone.
