My acer aspire V5-531 is a Little weird

when I start the computer a blue screen come that says "a problem has appeard on the computer. it needs to restart. first error information will be collected and then a restart will happend aoutomaticly." Any idea what i should do?

    Which windows OS version is installed?

    Its either windows 8 or 8.1

    try this:
    at boot press ALT+F10 or after entering your password to login, keep pressing Shift key, this will start Acer/windows recovery.
    From the Recovery screen
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    Click on Advanced Options.
    Click on Startup Settings.
    Click on Restart.
    The PC will now reboot to the Startup Settings screen.
    Press 4 to Enable Safe Mode as prompted.

    once in Safe mode, you will able to backup your personal data, then shut down your laptop and boot again pressing ALT+F10 and choose to Refresh windows or reset keeping user data.

    When 1 press alt f10 it beeps but nothing happens?

    (The acer logo dissapears and then it comes up again)

    press F2 at boot to enter BIOS, then check if D2D support is enabled, if not, enabled it then press F10, save and exit.

    then try again Alt+F10

    if Alt+F10 still no work, you can try to boot from a windows 8.1 media:

    create a vanilla Windows 8.1 installation media from this link:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

    Cant find it the D2D.
    I have downloaded the windows on a DVD but when i start it on the laptop the aver logo appears and then the screen turns black (but its still on) and the computer is totaly silent and nothing happends?! Thanks for all help!

    enter BIOS press F2, check if Boot menu ( F12 ) is enabled, if not, enable it, press F10 save and exit.

     

    at boot press F12 and choose DVD as bootable device.

    without a working Acer recovery and a bootable windows media, i can't help you further.
