How can I find out if my aspire 703G dedsktop is WIFI enabled.

check if a wifi adapter is listed

i did a double check about your model and it appears that a wifi module is available.
if you can, have a check inside the case, unscrew the 2 back screws and slide the right panel looking from the back.
if a wifi module is available, you will notice the module under the VGA card, it has 2 wires (black - white)

the wifi adapter must be in the slot on the right side of this picture:

in my opinion the easiest and cheaper way is to buy an USB wifi dongle with antenna.
