hi monitor was hacked

hi i was recently hacked they messed with the keyboard hardware side, windows software side, and apparently the monitor hardware side

the monitor was not damaged until i restarted my computer

the monitor turns on for about 5 to 14 seconds

then the screen goes black

ive tried all menu options, and reset in menu

ive tried holding power button for 1min with everything unplugged and with everything plugged in

nothing is working it needs to be fixed hardware side they did a real good job with this

im just remembering ( this was months ago ) the guys first attempt at this was the same

all i had to do was restart the computer and it was fixed

apparently he figured out my hardware and its now damaged hardware side

please help !

im wondering if you have any programs that will reset my monitor back to its factory settings

my monitor is an acer AL1912b

apparently chat support is only for those with a warranty so i figured id try here

I don't have any suggestions to fix it other than unplugging it for a few minutes and pressing the power key several times while it is off. Try plugging it back in and see if it works. If it does not work, it would be an issue that requires repair or replacement of the monitor.
