Iconia W700 Restore Problems Persist!

I am trying everything I can to install Win7 onto my friends Iconia W700.

I used Windows USB/DVD tool to put Win7 x64.iso on USB, but when the tablet loads files and starts to load Windows to install, it freezes and stays at Windows logo and says "Stating Windows".

I have the BIOS set to Legacy mode and secure boot disabled. I think the tablet doesn't recognize the internal HDD, because it doesn't display any names for HDD0/HDD1 or whatever. Could be the issue.

Please someone help me! Been stuck trying to install Windows on this tablet for over 6 months OFF and ON!

Abandoning the Win7 option and just using Windows USB/DVD tool and using a Win10.iso file. The startup looks solid and appears to be working for installation.

Tried to do install with keeping the files but it says the hard drive is locked.

Proceeded just to do a fresh install, but it it is not seeing any hard drive available. Only option is to Load Driver or exit installation.
