
Acer Aspire v5 BIOS Beep codes

Any one know what 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps mean? No outout to display and no BIOS output. Also any one know what BIOS are fitted to Aspire V5 so I| can reaearch beep codes?

I found no informations about InsydeH20 so I asked for it from a technician.

We think you didn't hear entirely the sequence of the beep code.
3 long 2 short no meaning or not listed.
A record would be a good idea.

Hello,
We think the beep code is 2-3-2-3. As your laptop is equipped with 2Gb onboard memory, I would try without the memory module of 2Gb. The original configuration was 4Gb (2+2).

HI I've tried it without the memory module but still get the error beeps, any other idea's please?
