Can I use any digitizer pen for acer aspire switch 10

Please Help, I want to buy the acer aspire switch 10 , it's really awesome for me , but I have a question how could I write on onenote known that the stylus is almost useless , so is there any digitizer pen compatible with this product or not , Thanks in advance .

    I know that there is an "active" pen that works with iPad Air and that is very useful with it. As both Acer Aspire Switch and iPad uses a capacitive screen/digitizer, it might work. However, I have not tried myself.

    Acer Aspire Active NP.STY1A.002 Stylus, i bought it at amazon.de at EUR 40,57

     

    Works out of the box. Fine pen. Not able to use pressure sensitivity in Photoshop Elements 12 until now.

    I just bought that stylus from the very same link and i cant get it to work. Absolutelly no response, not even a dot.

    I own an acer aspire swich 10 (SW5-012-197S) and according to the seller and other reviews it should work. The stylu's box does not say its compatible with swich 10, only 11, 12 and R13 R7. so im wondering if i just got scamed. Can any one help me with this?  Should it work with my switch 10? Is it simply broken? do i need to remove my screen protectiom for it to work? is there any software or deffinitions i need to instal/set? Any feedback would be apreciated. Thank you.

    As i said, Acer Aspire Active NP.STY1A.002 Stylus works fine with my Switch 10. Check if your Switch 10 has that FHD screen! and of course place the aaa battery the right way. I can write with the stylus but it also works as mouse (with hoovering function).

    The pen is really terrible.  Mine worked a bit when I got the machine, but left ink trails in onenote and journal.

    When I first got it, the pen calibration was a 16 point calibration, but a windows update changed it to be 4 point, so now the pen isn't calibrated at all.

     

    Then the battery went flat, so I put in a new one, and the pen got even worse: handwriting was completely illegible because the pen left ink even when as much as 10 mm from the screen.

     

    Now the pen has stopped working completely.

     

    The pen and screen tracking technology is from Synaptics, which is the worst technology.  They don't care and won't support their products.

     

    Acer also don't care and won't support their products.

     

    Better to buy from someone else.
