hello i bought acer G9 15" GTX970 from amazon and i registered my laptop but didn't receive the code yet, when should i reveive the code?

    You would want to check with your reseller if you have not received any promotional items. Doing a bit of research, I found this link which details which region this offer is available (I'm sure there are more caveats than just location however).

    I'm confused as well. I also bought it from amazon and the page says we need to register our product on acer's website. Once its registered we should recieve an E-mail from acer with the code. I live in the U.S and amazon is eligible for the promotion.

    I'm in the same boat, since this is the only thread I found for this incidenti thought i would post also. I bought a G6-710 and clearly on Acer website http://www.acer.com/tombraider/index_english.html#_ga=1.262886020.945962786.1453228547

     

    it states buying one of these Predators within the time frame and register said product gets you a code. I got mine over a week ago and registered it and still no code. I chatted with 3 different online customer service people and even a guy from the Acer Store on the phone. He was a bit rude and told me that I was wrong that there is no deal like this going on, he sells them and he would know, but whatever. None of the employees had any idea what I was talking about and basically said, sorry your SOL. If you look at that link, i love how:

    before they even tell you what to do to get the item. This is a great computer and I love it, but to have an offer like this and then be shady about it, is just bad form in my opinion. Take the site down if you aren't going to give people the voucher. But unfortunately with that #2 i'm thinking we aren't going to see the game. It really stinks too because I game with a lot of people and I was initially telling them how sweet this Predator is, but had to tell them about this hiccup in the system.
