I can't find the serial number for my iconia 10, despite trying all instructions

The system does not recognise the SNID number and this is all that is printed on the label.

    you can check your SNID on your tablet too:

     

    settings/about tablet/device information

    scroll down

     

    on which Acer website are you trying to register?

    Hi Vecite,

     

    Sorry that you're having problems registering the product. Can you send me a private message with your Serial Number and the email address of the Acer account you have setup? I'll see if I'll ask our IT team to help complete the registration portion of adding the product and review the reasons why you're running into this issue.

    As I mentioned earlier,  I don't know how to find "private" messages. I assume this is a facility available to registered users........I am not registered because to register, I need a serial number....and I don't have one.
