VN7-591 vs the 792

Been trying to get my head around the different Nitro's -

The vn591 with the 950 and up has 2 video cards and 2 hard drives - standard and solid.

But nowhere does it show if the 792 has the two drives.

Except for size, are these two alike?  - tks

OK - I could not get an answer from Acer sales, if I can't get an answer here, where do I go to get one?

hey, each of these are configurable with varying CPU's amount of RAM and hard drives. THe 500 series has the 15" screen, the 700 series has the 17 inch screen. I myself recently purchased from Newegg the VN7-592G with the single HD and 8 gb of ram. I then purchased another 8gb stick of RAM and the samsung 950 NVME pro SSD and added them myself. This was all on sale and came up cheaper than if you purchased it preconfigured. Here is a link to NEWEGG for this computer. From this page you can choose what RAM, HDD combination and screen size you want. The computer is also back on sale for 850.

    Hope this helps

Tks - appreciate it.  Acer sales was no help at all - just kept wanting to send me back to the main Nitro page and it does not show what some of the Nitro's that have been reviewed show.

Tks ems - just ordered the 592G-719D for $859.00 new - refurb was only 20 cheaper.

This one came with the SSD 125 drive so got all I wanted.

Looking forward to it as my present Dell laptop is several years old and not top of line when bought.

    Again, tks. - jb
