Purchased my acer switch 10e in November.

Came with a windows 10 update.

Had issue as the screen would not change brightness.

Acer told me to download drivers.

Downloaded a driver, the notebook configured update, turned off the machine, took ages saying please wait. The notebook has restarted but said please wait then started flashing.  All it is doing now is flashing constantly and the circle wait symbol is going round and round.

I cannot do anything !!!

Can anyone help ? I am not technical !

I need my notebook it's brand new !

Hold power button down for 15 second, then try turning on again.

    try this:
at boot press ALT+F10 or after entering your password to login, keep pressing Shift key, this will start Acer/windows recovery.
    From the Recovery screen
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    Click on Advanced Options.
    Click on Startup Settings.
    Click on Restart.
The PC will now reboot to the Startup Settings screen.
Press 4 to Enable Safe Mode as prompted.

once in safe mode, i will backup to a USB flash drive your personal data then exit safe mode, reboot pressing ATL+F10 and restore windows to factory.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
