My Iconia One Tab10 B3-A20 preloaded email app disappeared with first system update.

The manual discusses the set up of the email app but it no longer exists.

There have been two system up dates since but the app is not included.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the verification......I thought that the app might have been removed during the update. I will set up gmail as you have suggested.

The same thing happened to me. I did some googling and found out that the latest version of Android doesn't have a separate app for non-google email accounts. It's been combined into Google Mail.

The fix is slightly tedious: open up Google Mail and add a new POP3 or other account, depending on what email account you're using. Once you have done that, add your mail account details and it'll work fine.

I was rather peeved at being railroaded into using Google Mail, but it's actually quite a nice email browser, with a good system for handling multiple email accounts.
