Hello,

Is there anybody who experiencing same problem with Acer ProShield software like I do?

I have been using Personal Secure Drive section ProShield for a while, but one day for unknown reason, it could not open PSD. Instead, program came back with massage:

Unfortunately, I did not make any backups to restore data stored in TPM chip L. Good thing, I do not need data stored in PSD anymore. So I will be ok, if could delete existing PSD and create new one.

Have you run a chkdsk /r?  I had a similar issue accessing data and was surprised to find bad sectors that, once repaired, saw the end to those random problems.  Although in my case it was not on a secure drive, I think that's merely digital semantics.  Of course, your drive may be perfectly healthy and the problem may be something else.  But before looking at anything else, physical drive health is the first important thing to rule out.  IMO.
