What menu pop up is occuring?

    What does it say?

Why do you believe that it is because of the need for a driver?

Is the monitor listed in Device Manager?

That is a menu screen on the monitor itself and should not have anything at all to do with the operating system on the computer to which it is connected.

Have you checked to see if one or more of the buttons on the monitor is stuck?

This particular screen is from the eColor Management button, the e button in the Function menu.

It sounds to me as if there is a hardware issue on this monitor.

Exiting the menu should close all of those windows.

We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.
