Yesterday, my Acer liquid e700 asked me to a system update, after installing the new update,I restarted the phone and a message of error appeared. (the icon of android laying down with a warning triangle)

Android system recovery <3e> Acer_AV0K0_E_391.026.00_EMEA_GEN1

I read different posts in this web and others, and even if i wipe the data and do the factory reset, my phone is unable to reboot the system. I read in many pages that some users had the same problem the same day and can't reboot. Any chance to fix it? I have no micro SD in my phone and I don't need to recover my data.

I would aprecate any ideas in how to fix it!

Thabks in advance

were you able to update without microSD?

as far as i know, microSD is mandatory to do system updates.

    I don't know...

I never bought a micro sD and I am sure I did some updates before... I have the phone for almost a year now and only now i got this problem. Also many people had the same problem the same day...

There is any way to reboot the phone to make it work?

    thanks

i'm quite sure that my father e700, needed a microSD to do updates.

by the way, if even a factory reset didn't fix it....i can't help you any further, since no 4.4.2 download is available for GEN1, on Acer support website.

if you are still under warranty, give Acer service a call.
