the E3 doesn't have a camera button and it's volume down to select options on first menu.

to exit fastboot, you need to do a long press on power button.

so the steps to follow are, with device powered off:

    1. Press volume UP + Power button
    2. at first vibration, leave power button and keep pressing Volume UP
    3. move selection with Volume UP and choose Recovery pressing volume DOWN
    4. at the dead android robot, press power button
    5. press volume DOWN to move to "wipe data/factory reset"
    6. press Volume UP to select "wipe data/factory reset"
    7. wait until if finish
    8. select Reboot

please don't post misleading instructions (the link you posted is for the first Liquid device not for E3)

the quickest way is to perform a factory reset but you need to backup all your personal data first.

    settings/backup & reset - factory data reset

Thanks for response but my screen is locked and the unlocked application is not available so i can't get in the phone to reset it. Do you get some ideas about the process to reset my phone when screen is locked?

Would you be able to try this:
1.Turn off your phone then press and hold the Power until you feel your smartphone vibrate or you see the Acer logo screen.

2.Press and hold the Volume up and Volume down buttons.

3.Use the Volume up button to select Clean boot: YES.

4.Press the camera button to confirm.

    Try the following:

Once the phone is completely off, press and hold volume up + volume down key; without releasing the 2 volume keys, press the power key, once the phone starts to boot, go ahead and release the volume keys.

Just make sure to hold steady volume keys, this can be hard to do the first time.

Once on that screen, you go to recovery mode and there you should have the option Wipe data / Factory reset, select that option and then scroll to the option that says "Yes - Delete all user data" or something similar.

Yes, but that's not the path to follow, just go ahead and repeat the process, start by powering the phone completely and get into recovery menu again, you should be good to go from there.

Are you able to scroll through the options? using the volume keys I mean.

Also, the camera key is the one you need to press for choosing any option on the recovery menu.

I replay this process (select recovery mode and there and choise the option Wipe data / Factory reset, select that option and then scroll to the option that says "Yes - Delete all user data") this process take a few. After that my screen shows the message below.

    --Wiping data...

    Formatting / cache...

    Data wipe complete.

Now the recorery menu come back to the sreen and asking me to choise a new mode.

    Any ideas?

Select normal boot and the phone should restart and take you through the initial setup, like the first time you turned it on.

By the way you can go back in the menu, using the "back" option, usually is the first or last one on the options list.
