I have an Acer Aspire V5-561p-6823 that when in use the screen when black
I was using my laptop and the screen went black the first two blue lights are on but no screen can anyone HELP PLEASE

Try to plug your laptop to an external monitor or LCD TV, check if any image apperas.

No sir it did nothing, just the lights on the laptop on . The monitor came on but the acer logo did not appear.

it looks like an hardware issue on the graphic adapter, you must contact Acer support service if under warranty.

The problem is it is not, I bought from walmart on a clearance and forgot to register. Any suggestions on what to do know.

if you still have the receive and you bought less then 1 year ago, you are still under warranty.
if it's not under warranty, you can still contact Acer support but you will need to pay phone call and repair cost.

I have the same problem . a v5-561p-5856. I can get it to boot by swaping ram configurations. did you ever get yours fixed and how much? thanks
