I have an Iconia A210 tablet.  When I attempt to run the system update, I receive error message: 'The update service is unavailable ... with status code 400'.  Please reply with a solution.

Yes, this is the new normal. They have taken the servers down for the oldest models. You can still get the latest updates through the Acer support pages, but the automatic updates no longer function.

I have a Liquid Z220 smartphone and get the message to upload a system update.

The update is loaded, the phone restarted and then I get the following messages:

    Find update package...

    Opening update package...

    E: failed to moint /sdcard

    (no such file on directory)

    E: failed to map file

    installation aborted.

I can then choose between different options like:
    -reboot system now

    - apply update from externa......

    - wipe data / factory

What can I do to install the system update??

have you a microSD card on your Z220?

    I'm not an Acer employee.
