Acer website support problem

I purchased an Acer Switch 10e in Sept and I'm pretty sure I registered it at the time. When I go into my profile it isn't listed however. If I put the serial number in again to register it says 'already registered'.

There seems to be something funny going on with the driver suport page also. All the device list is blank and the product search doesn't work, so I can't get to the actual driver download.

Anyone else come across this problem?

I've tried on different browsers and it's the same problem.

    1. About warranty, check here.
    2. About Acer support websites, there are actually malfunctions. We have the same problem in different countries.

    Thanks for your help.

    Using that link the product is registered to myself so that's ok.

    I'll check drivers next week, hopefully it'll be sorted by then.
