acer A1-850 is not connecting with bb hotspot its saying "sign into wifi network" what do I do?

I need help with this acer A1-850 problem badly......

    Typically that message shows up when instead of a password for the Wii encryption they have a website that requires a password be entered before full access is granted. Think of logging into a hotel hotspot... It should have you launch a browser and the signin will show up in the browser before it takes you to your normal hoime page.

    Ya I know but the problem is that when I try to sign in the browser doesn't take me to the require place where I can sign in. Although there is internet connection its not still connecting so I can even use the broswer but its different in other phones.

    I don't need to sign in when using others so I am thinking its the settings of the phone. I tried chrome broswer and uc broswer hd but its still not working rather its saying "no internet connection" when there is. So if I can't access the internet how do they now expect me to "sign into wifi network"?

    Try forcing the tablet to forget the network, reboot then reconnect. If that doesn't help maybe a system reset, but backup your stuff first.

    Ok thanks very much I appreciate the advice but how do I reset and back up? Don't mind me am kinda new to acer.
