Problems with Aspire SW5-012 Switch 10

New to the community. Just bought an Aspire SW5-012 Switch 10. Upgraded to Windows 10 before use. We are using Office 365 with Onedrive for storage. After one week, the machine will connect to wifi, but not internet. I ran Windows 10 diag, on connection, and got "wifi doesn't have valid IP configuration". I could get it to make connection if I went to the command prompt and did; ipconfig/release, then ipconfig/renew. I did chat with Windows 10 tech, to find out if problem with Windows. He had me clear Winsock, Tcp, Int and reset. Nothing worked. Then he told me to uninstall network adapter driver and reinstall. Once I did that, I cannot get past media disconnected (media state). Has anybody had any issues like this. we (badly)need this tablet to work.

Problem Resolved! After posting here, I found a blog, from Geeks in Phoenix, that gave the commands for resetting the network adapter. I followed their instruction and it worked! We are back in business. How to reset network adapter in Windows 10: Go to command prompt administrative level and perform these four commands; netsh advfirewall reset, then enter. netsh int ip reset, then enter. netsh int ipv6 reset, then enter. netsh winsock reset, then enter. Restart computer to finish reset. I'm guessing that we had something change in the firewall parameters, in the adapter configuration. The Windows 10 technician, that I chatted with earlier, did not have me do this.
