Unexpected Shutdowns E5-521G-632L Windows 10

Hi! I already experienced several unexpected shutdowns/restarts 2 days ago. My cursor would just suddenly stop, the display would turn off, then restart, No BSODs. It would just shutdown even I am just browsing the net, and even my laptop's idle. But I usually experience this unexpected shutdowns when there is a movement in my laptop (even a slight movement can cause the shutdowns). Also, I experienced this shutdowns only when I upgraded to Windows 10 a month ago. I didn't experience this shutdowns when I was still in windows 8.1. Is there a connection between the shutdowns and the upgrade or i do have a faulty hardware? And what should I do to fix these? Some of my apps are beginning to get corrupted because of this.

Hoping for your quick response. Smiley Very Happy

    rjvdavid,

If you did not experience these issues before the Windows 10 upgrade, I would suggest that you perform a disc check to see if that fixes anything, otherwise go back to 8.1 and upgrade again.

    Hi!

Thanks for your reply, but my problem was fixed now, thanks to the Microsoft Support Team whom I chatted with. They had a remote connection with my laptop and fixed it. They just updated my BIOS.
