Acer E700 SD card problem

I've got this problem too. Specifically occurs with 32Gb cards.

The first card I had back in March / April was a Sandisk 32Gb card in my new E700. Worked fine for a few days then started to spontanously unmount itself a few times a day. Eventually became corrupted and unreadable even in a Windows 7 PC where I tried to error check and reformat without success.

I put the problem down to a faulty card, had a spare 16Gb card and used that for the past few months without any problems. Ran out of space so bought a new 32Gb card from a German manufacturer called Hama with a 10 year guarantee. Inserted it a few days ago and today the same problems began to occur all over again.

Two 32Gb cards, both new from reputable manufacturers - come on Acer, the issue is unlikely the cards, more likely something in your hardware, or a driver issue similar to Samsung where the phone goes on standby and can in some cases corrupts the cards?

Whatever the issue, can one of your reps here please confirm there is a problem and what to do about it exactly.
