Z500; apps to adjust screen-saturation and sleep-duration

Halo, forum members.

My phone is Liquid Z500.

1. I want to turn down the screen saturation because the colours are too bright/high to my eyes.

2. I want to quickly change the 'sleep duration' without having to open display option.
e.g. I tap the shorcut and sleep duration values appear to select. After I select a value, say 15 seconds, it is applied and the ui disappears.

I have searched on Google Store but have not found them
Which applications can you suggest for the above?
I hope they are free and do not require unnecessary permission especially network access.
