Acer Aspire V3- 772g screen issue

So I've had this laptop for a few months and its given me a list of issues. This is the second one I've received from the store because the first one had a dead pixel.

Anyways I had this problem with both of the laptops which is really weird. After the screen enters sleep mode when I try to use the laptop again by swiping the touch pad the screen stays off for a few seconds then whole screen goes from black to grey then to pure white. The first unit I had, had been checked over by the stores IT service centre and they didn't find any issues. Ive just noticed this on my current laptop so thought I'd check here before giving it to them and maybe getting the same outcome.

The other issue I have is the wireless stability issue that I've seen on here however they are talking about older driver versions so I dont know. I have driver version 10.0.0.308 installed.

I see that we have version 10.0.0.288 on our website, that is what we qualified for the system. Have you downloaded them, removed the drivers you have loaded, then installed the downloaded drivers to see if that resolves it?

As far as the touch pad goes and sleep mode, that is strange, I have never heard of a unit doing that honestly. You could try a refresh and see if there might be some corrupted files causing it to happen.
