Drivers page down?

I'm trying to access the downloads area for my w700p but I keep getting the message "Service not available". This is very frustrating as I need something off that page. Is there a way to direct access the page bypassing that let the website figure out where to send you based on your input from any of the three options on the page? I get the feeling the ulitity on the page is broken or something.

    I was seeing this earlier in the day as well. I'm guessing they were working on the background database. Seems to be up and running fine now though.

    There must be some sort of internal issue with that section of the site. I managed to get some of the files downloaded but now it keeps giving that message again. It will load the initial win8 page but not the 8.1 stuff that I need to download. As there are newer versions than there were listed for 8. I'll keep trying but I think acer needs to investigate that part of the site and fix whatever is wrong with it.

    Are you using Internet Explorer ? If so try Firefox or Chrome. IE seems to have some short timeouts particularly IE11.

    This must be happening again. I've tried every browser in the universe and 211 different computers. All I want to do, All I want to doooooooooooooooo is get this laptop working. Please help because Acer sucks. They won't even talk to you about their crappy website if your laptop is not under warranty.

    I believe they've been having some glitches with some of the server farms the last couple of days. Give it a while and try again.
