z410 dual sim will not allow both to work as 4g

in 2015 Archives

I have 2 sim cards, sim 1 for voice and text with no data plan and sim 2 for data only.  

How do I configure both for 3 or 4 g as when I set one for 3/4g it seems to switch the other to 2 g

    My solution will be to find a voice/text carrier that still has GSM/2G service.

    only one will work as 3/4G, you can't set both at the same time.

    Does this mean that 2nd sim is only/always 2G ??

    to be clear on your phone settings you can do:

     

    SIM1 - LTE 

    SIM2 - only 2G

     

    or

     

    SIM1 - only 2G

    SIM2 - LTE

     

    without physically moving the SIMs.
