    Hi pankaj,

We haven't officially released support products. We'll do so soon on http://www.acer.com/windows10now.

Sorry this isn't the direct answer you are looking for.

I have two Acer machines: an Aspire E1-532P notebook (Windows 8.1), and an Aspire XC600 desktop with dual boot (Windows 7 and Windows 8.1).

None of the three operating systems showed the Windows 10 icon automatically, even after installing all the necessary Windows Updates. Thankfully after some Googling I found this page and followed its second solution (the one with Dropbox file), and now both my desktop's operating systems are ready to upgrade when 10 rolls out! That just leaves the notebook. I followed the same instructions that worked on my desktop, but they didn't work and the icon refuses to appear no matter what I do. I'm thinking it must be a driver issue that Microsoft and Acer haven't resolved yet, because with my notebook's processor, RAM, and available disk space, it far surpasses the system requirements for Windows 10. I might be wrong about the driver idea, but I can't think of any other reason I'm not able to upgrade. Smiley Sad
