I have E5-571-32JB notebook. The problem with it is that when battery level equals 30%, I doesn't know it hibernates or sleeps and when I try to power on my notebook it says that battery level is critical. And when I plug in the power adapter and boots the windows battery level reduces to 7%.I have installed all windows updates, all device drivers are up to date.Kindly tell me how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

Your problem is really not complex. You need to calibrate your laptop battery which means resetting the battery sensors so that they report correct battery level reading and prevent sudden surprises like the one you just experienced.

I suggest you go through the following link http://www.howtogeek.com/172271/how-to-calibrate-your-laptops-battery-for-accurate-battery-life-estimates/

    Hi there!

So, obviously your battery actually drains out at 30% as reported. I suggest you overcharge the battery and keep it plugged in while you use the laptop for a good while. While you use the laptop on A/C, monitor battery health or status with this application HWMONITOR. See the wear level of the battery.

Then start the discharging process while you use the laptop normally, but continue monitoring the battery level, wear etc

Send me battery status and screenshots if possible. I am counting on the info you provide me. Thanks.
