Is there a way to do a BIOS recovery for the Aspire E1-531 ?

E1-531 Powers On, fan spin-up but no video and wont POST.  

 

CMOS battery was removed and board power-drained.

 

Is there a way to do a BIOS recovery for the Aspire E1-531 ?

    Mine was factory remanufactured and haven't had it very long, mine has done the samething and i run my business from it. ya not real happy.
