How much is the RAM that comes installed with the product?

If installed RAM is less than 4Gb, change the position of RAM and check again if you recognize it.

    I you mention the result.

    Greetings.

    Friend!

I was looking online product specifications and has effectively annexed to the board 4 GB of RAM and you have left a module to expand RAM.

Apparently supports 8GB of RAM and does not recognize memories of smaller capacity. Eg 4 you are installing.

For more information I recommend communicate to the hotline telephone Acer to check whether you've installed RAM is supported, which you apparently is fine as it is a DDR3L.

Apparently only it supports 8Gb for a dual-channel compatibility.

I hope you find it useful information. Greetings. Smiley Very Happy

    Hello Qustion,

Could you give me the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

Aspire V5-573G supports up 12Gb (4Gb soldered + one memory stick of 2,4 or 8Gb).

    Hello Qustion,

    No problem for your laptop. As I said, it supports up to 12Gb (4Gb soldered + 1x8Gb - DDR3L - 1600MHz).

    Hello Qustion,

1- No, you can install a memory stick of 2, 4 or 8Gb (the total memory will be 6, 8 or 12Gb).

It's not the same part number on the Kingston website (compatible memory).

2- Be careful because there are many Kingston memory counterfeiting (top 10 of year 2014).

Have you bought it from Kingston store?
