Hi, i got my acer liquid e700 from 30 days ago and every 2/3 days the mobile network freeze. Help!

Hi,

 

I got my acer liquid e700 from 30 days ago and every 2/3 days the mobile network freeze.
it shows a network but when trying to use it in phone call it didn't connect to the mobile network it gives no responce no error ! nothing !


the mobile network at this case is fixed, i mean if it is 2 bars it will remain 2 bars even if i changed my location.


every time i face this issue i give it about one hour hoping it will be solved but nothing Happened untill i reset the sime card connection ( from sim cars settings or select/deselect the Plane mode or restart the mobile)

    Have you ever checked for updates?

     

    settings/about phone/system updates

    Yes, its up-to-date.

    Contact your seller or your regional Acer support service, probably it's an hardware issue.

     

    as last resort, try a factory data reset, but you would need to backup your personal data:

     

    settings/backup&reset/factory data reset
