acer liquid jade dual sim is misbehaving

Got myself an acer liquid jade dual sim. I've had it for 3 weeks and its giving me nothing but trouble. It first kept ejecting the sim cards. Now it is constantly rebooting itself. My first experience with acer e2 was positive, but this is quite a nightmare. Does anybody else have this problem? Any solutions?

if didn't try it, do a factory reset, if issue persist, contact Acer support service or your seller.

what do you mean with ejecting SIM cards?

have you checked if any system update is available?

phone keeps telling me that the sim cards have changed. When I make calls the phone sometimes suddenly shuts down or does not connect at all. Have done a system update and it is still misbehaving. Navigation between apps is nearly impossible.

it's hard to know if it's software or hardware, no one posted about service fix or any tricks on SIMs.
