Hello,
My ACER liquid E600 (after return from repair ?) shows only 1,3 Gb total internal storage i.o. 4Gb
Settings / Storage / Total space 1,33 Gb ???
Available 0,98 Gb

I gave mu smartphone to check (still under waranty) , they returned after having done a "cleanup + reinstall softw" , but still 1,33 total internl storag shown. It shold be 4Gb I presume (on a simular ACER, it shows well 4Gb)

Should I give it back again for the 3rd time & loose again 3 weeks ?

So, this is what I see in "internal storage" (stockage interne) after I received from repair service who "cleaned up" :
Total space (Espace total) : 1,33 Gb !! (where are the 4Gb I paid for ?)

    Available (Disponible) : 0,98 Gb

Applications (app data) (Applis / données des applications) : 621 Mb

    Images, videos : 24,00 Kb

    Audio (music, ring ...) : 148 Kb

    Downloads (téléchargements) : 8,00 Kb

Cache (Données mises en cache) : 9,75 Mb

    Various (Divers) : 772 Kb

There's a problem for sure, send it back to service.

I went back to the shop :
    I compared my E600/4Gb with another Acer/8Gb :
On the Acer 8Gb : "8Gb total memory" well shown.
    But :
    - On the Acer 8Gb, the vendor showed me there' s a line telling +- 2,7 Gb taken by the SYSTEM !
    - No such mention in mine.
    - There should approx. same space taken by the SYSTEM in mine, which I must take into account anyway.
    - Thus the 4Gb REAL TOTAL minus space for system (1,7 Gb) = another (fake) "total" space (1,3 Gb).

I didn' t realize that the system takes so much space, I though it was included in the "Applications".
Thus, no memory missing, but the way the memory space is reported is rather confusing on my E600.

4Gb is very limited as memory (well, it was the cheapest 4G/LTE smarphone in the shop), and I read that new versions of android restrain (apps) from writing to SD card. Probably that' s what made me experience memory saturation after upgrade.

i don't have the E600 but the E3 and E700, both on Total space has 4GB or 8GB, not just 1.3GB.

1.3GB can be correct under available storage but not total as you mentioned.

since you wrote it on french, have you tried to switch language to english and check if it's a translation issue?

Just switched language to english now.

Still showing 1,33 Gb "total space" ; Available 0,9 Gb.

Starting from 4Gb total, I presume I cannot expect much more available space left.

In return, If I actually had 1,33 Gb total space, there would be no room for the system (the O.S.) as it needs 2,7 Gb.

Space taken by System on the smartphone at the shop was 2,77 precisely.

    Ironfly,
On your E3 w. 4Gb, can you tell what space is taken by the System ?

I presume you have not much available space left on it.

    Nice picture Iron fly. Thanks.
Only 1,64 Gb for the system ...
Std would be > 2,7 (ACER bloatware ?).
