Acer Liquid Jade S can`t bearley here people on the phone

I have a Acer Liquid Jade S (S56)

 

If im on the phone with some one I can bearley here poeple how are caling me.

Volume is up all the way.

 

Anyone has the same problem or maybe you phone is very loud >> ?

 

 

Set the phone back to factory settings, nothing helps Smiley Sad

    Contact the Acer support service, maybe you got a defective unit.

    Contacted acer, they think a hardware fail (speaker)

     

    Not very lucky with this phone till now.

     

    But nice of acer that they pick it up at my door and will send it back if its fixed.

    Phone is repaird 3 times by acer now, never gona get a acer agian.

     

    1 time sub board replaced 

    2 time volume button replaced and new software

    3 time loose sub boar conector, replaced mainboard and sub board

     

    Dont think acer can fix tere phones in 1 time.

     

    and they wont replace my phone for a new on.
