What is possible issue on my tablet acer iconia one 7 B1-730

    I charged it but i notice this error "plugged in , not charging" issue i plugged the charger properly . . is it firmware / software issue or battery? Please help . .

    shutdown the tablet and then connect the charger, be sure it's well plugged.

    Thank you sir for quick response,last question my battery percentage is 30% and the screen getting flicker then shutdown and won't turn on what possible solution for this matter?

    try to charge it for 1hour, then retry to power on.

    if it will not power on, try this:

     

    1. Hold the tablet in landscape mode, with the volume key on the top.
    2. Press and hold volume down and the power button to power on the tablet.
    3. When the tablet vibrates, release the power button but keep holding the volume down button.
    4. When the tablet vibrates a second time, release the volume down button and then press and hold the volume up button.
    5. When Booting recovery kernel image is shown in the upper left corner of the screen, release the volume up button.
    6. The Android system recovery menu is displayed.
    7. choose reboot system now, pressing the power button and see if it can boot normally

    if not, it's better if you contact the Acer support service if still under warranty

    Iv had the same problem as the original post. Ivbtried turning it off but it hasn't worked what should I do?
