Will the warranty be void if I upgrade the RAM on the Acer Aspire Timeline Ultra M3-581? I read that one of the RAM slots is upgradable to 8GB. Also some of the M3 models have SSD, according to my specifications mine doesn't, is there any way to put my own in?

Thank you.

    Good day

    1. Regarding upgrading to SSD and memory max size, please send me the part number of your machine or serial number and I will advise with accurate information.

    2. Regarding upgrading the ram, you can do so, BUT, should you damage any component while upgrading the warranty, then the warranty is void. Also note that if you upgrade the ram, Acer will only cover its own parts under warranty. So if the ram that you add gets faulty, you will need to take the ram back to the person/ reseller that you bought it from.

Warranty will not be void if you upgrade the memory size.Make sure there isno damage caused while upgrading the Memory.

In case after upgrading the memory if there is any issue occure due to memory change will not be covered under warranty..
