Acer Iconia W4-820 Bluetooth collaboration fix does nothing.

Hello, I recently bought an acer iconia w4 from walmart, well, i thought it was a good idea at first, now i once again find myself disappointed and regretting my decision of going to acer for my needs. Starting with their common acer laptop lid problems, with the display going out. Now I found out that i cant even use the bluetooth keyboard and mouse i purchased seperately. I have spent hours looking for a solution, the only thing I could find is "enabling bluetooth collaboration on the wireless adapters advanced settings fixes the laggy mouse problem" well, i did that, it was disabled by default, so i enabled it. But guess what! Now my bluetooth keyboard is completely useless, lags and disconnects just like the mouse did, it didnt while bluetooth collaboration was disabled. So now i ask acer, or anyone out there, if they know how to fix this problem. Hours of research and trying out several different drivers, downgrading drivers, and other annoyancesresulted in nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix this prpblem 100%? Or has Acer even bothered fixing such a vital bug? Probably not, if there is no solution to this problem i will be returning the tablet, and never purchasing another useless acer product.

Acer has forced me to choose between a working mouse, or a working keyboard, that's messed up on so many levels, especially because it hasn't been fixed yet, yet numerous people have reported this problem! its all around the net, and guess what, no true solution to it. Broadcom BCM43241 is the wireless device causing the problem. i could completely disable my wifi and that solves the problem, but that's not an option for me. i need the wifi, keyboard, and mouse. yet im not allowed to use them it seems, thanks acer.

I would like to add that I do realize that the devices problem was the manufacturers, broadcoms, fault, and not acers, but acer still made the decision to use the faulty devic in their product.

Pretty sure there is no solution avaiable yet.  I use a wireless mouse connected via the micro-USB when I need to use a mouse and wifi at the same time.

Same problem with me. The temporary solution is choose your config so that your BT mouse is working normally. Then your BT keyboard will be the problem. To minimize laggy and stuck keys of the keyboard, go to keyboard properties (somewhere inside control panel), and the set Repeat Delay to long and Repeat Rate to slow.

Shame on Acer for their unresponsiveness on this problem. We pay you the money for the product, and we demand the working BT mouse, BT keyboard, and Wifi at the same time!
