a1 713 android 4.4.2 Hangouts notifications not running

In this tablet hangouts never receives notifications.

Tried to update everything and eventually clean hangouts app cache with no luck.

In every other pad/phone my google account receives hangouts notifications.

    Try  going to the Hangouts app in your system settings. Check the box for "Show Notifications".

    Hello,

    thank you very much for response.

     

    I already tried to check notifications flag, 

    both on

    settings->app->hangouts->receive notifications 

    and on

    hangouts -> people options -> notifications

     

    It is curious that whenever i clear app cache i receive notifications.
