Woohoo!!!!!

My trackpad doesn't cut out anymore, my brand new V3-111P trackpad kept cutting out, but this driver has fixed it!

TouchPad_Synaptics_16.0.2.0_W7x64W7x86_A

go to

http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers#_ga=1.122646347.1960175211.1412804111

choose ultra thin, then choose aspire V5-531, select windows 7 64 bit as your os (my mp is 8.1)

choose

TouchPadSynapticsTouchpad Driver

16.0.2.0

install this driver and you now have a working laptop.

I found this on here with a different laptop, chanced it, and it works.

It worked for a while, then stopped again.

Not as bad as before, but still.

Contacted acer support and not I am in the process of a complete system wipe and start again.

If it doesn't work again, its going back to the shop, faulty goods.

it seems to reset to old device everytime windows does an update, so there is tha faff of reinstalling.

Also even with this driver it still sticks sometimes.

Has anyone out there any advance on this problem?
